This event is taking place at the Jabatan Wakaf, Zakat, and Haji (JAWHAR), located on Level 9 of Block D at Kompleks Islam Putrajaya, Putrajaya on August 10, 2023, from 3.00 pm until 4.30 pm. It was the pleasure of the Research Development and Innovation (RDI) Division team from Al-Madinah International University to meet with Director General of JAWHAR, Dato’ Selamat Bin Paigo and his team.
The delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Asma Abdul Rahman, Deputy Director of Research Development, and Innovation, and accompanied by Ms Sarah Husna Binti Mat Rasid (Assistant Registrar, Research Development, and Innovation), Ms Shuhaidah binti Ahmad Ramly (Senior Registrar, Research Management Centre), Ms Farrieza binti Mohd Ghazali (Deputy Director of Quality Assurance), and Ms Nurfaizah Binti Abdol Rahman (Senior Executive, Quality Assurance Unit). The purpose of the visit to the department was to discuss on potential collaboration in terms of research and training in the field of various fields offered by JAWHAR. Prof. Dr. Asma Abdul Rahman shared the organisation and activities of the RDI Al-Madinah International University.
During the visit, they were brief on the activities of the different sections. Dato’ Selamat Bin Paigo spoke on the function and activities of the JAWHAR, Ms Rosmiena Binti Che Mat on the function of JAWHAR research, and Mr Sabri Bin Seman on the function of baitulmal
Soon after some courteous small talk, gifts were exchanged and photos were taken to commemorate the special event. The Research Development and Innovation (RDI) Division team from Al-Madinah International University team would like to convey its high appreciation to the Jabatan Wakaf, Zakat, and Haji (JAWHAR) for such warm welcome and insightful discussion throughout the Courtesy Visit.
